We love tights almost as much as we love cupcakes, which is to say an irrationally large amount. Lucky for us, Kate Spade tights are as cute as sprinkle-topped cupcakes and right now they’re also on sale — plus, hello, calorie-free! For under $20, you can add a pop of cuteness and charm below the belt.
Feeling socksy? We’re completely smitten with the darling ankle socks. In fact, the Long Weekend Sock Box Set (was $52, now $38) makes a super swell Easter gift, with Friday, Saturday and Sunday socks. Would it be too much to coordinate them with our Days of the Week skivvies? Hmmm…

Target is the master of fab collabs and Liberty of London just may be their best yet.
If you’re into finding your prints charming, you’ll love seeing Liberty of London’s famous prints on everything from bedding to storage boxes, dresses to wellies and bikes.
While the fashion items are cute, we’re really loving the housewares.
After we shop, we’ll be ready to throw a spring tea party in our garden (ooops, need to add garden to the shopping list).

Snuggled up in bed recovering from flopping into spring rather than springing forward (ouch), just about to enjoy the comforts of a chocolate donut, this plopped into my inbox. Thanks, Voguettes. Gisele’s post-baby body graces the cover of Vogue’s annual Shape Issue (April) and she tells us “I did kung fu up until two weeks before Benjamin was born, and yoga three days a week. I think a lot of people get pregnant and decide they can turn into garbage disposals. I was mindful about what I ate, and I gained only 30 pounds.”
Does this inspire you to get in shape or to shoot someone? Nibble on that while I nibble on this donut…

I don’t drink coffee. And I don’t smoke cigarettes (or anything else for that matter, Mom!). And I don’t support smoking. At all. In fact, I loathe it. But this amusing coffee and cigarettes mug by Carlo Trevisani reminds me of Paris and made me smile. An irreverent Easter gift, perhaps? I wonder if you can replace the cigarette with a lollypop. A hot chocolate and lollypop mug is something I could really get behind. You?

Project Runway episode 8 challenged the designers with concocting looks based on the elements: earth, wind, fire and air. While we can applaud the designers for not going too literal, their avoidance of the literal, in many cases, caused catastrophes. But we’ll focus on the best. And by best, we mean the most interesting (because the rest — snoozefest).

My niece is “three half” (translation: three and a half) and hasn’t had a Barbie yet. These Mad Men Barbies might change all that. Of course we’ll skip the martini and cigarettes for accessories (I jest). Mattel says they will retail for about $75 each, as part of the Barbie Fashion Model Collection, and will be available in July.

The Snuggie and Slanket have been popping up everywhere, even in this week’s episode of Cougar Town (so funny). But when Steve Martin and Alec Baldwin were cuddled up in one together at the Oscar’s, we had to find out more. Turns out there’s a product called the Siamese Slanket. Eeew! And you can get yours for you and your fave co-dependent love at the one and only catalog for everything you never knew you needed, SkyMall.
p.s. If you want a great deal on great gifts people would actually want, one of my fave gift sites, Wishingfish, is having a moving sale. Get 50% off everything with code MOVING50 at checkout.
