SATC 2: What Did You Think? VOTE!
Did you see Sex and the City 2 this weekend? What did you think? There’s been much heated debate, with damning reviews by mostly male reviewers (A.O. Scott, Roger Ebert) and millions of thumbs up from female fans and gay men (i.e., the core audience). I’d love to hear your thoughts on the film, the fashion, the fantasy. I’ll chime in below as well…

Loved it. Attended the NYC premiere, and have seen it twice again with girlfriends. No surprise about the harsh reveiws– it wasn’t made for them, and was more over the top then the first. I loved it equally as a lover and follower of fashion as as a woman. Sparkle AND substance. Well done, I say.
(Also, SJP is in Vivienne Westwood and nude heels by Charlotte Olympia. She also carried a gold skull clutch bag by McQueen.)
