Oscars Rate the Red Carpet: Charlize Theron

Charlize always looks like a class act. This gown had the looks except for the flowers that were placed near the breast area. I am surprised that she didn’t have that removed; otherwise, she looks terrific in it. I would say everybody is entitled to a mistake, but due to the fact that she always wore classy gowns in the past, this one is passable. To say that she was the worst dress, I doubt it!
